Was driving and hit tire of parked car and wheel popped off lower an arm. Does this just pop back in? Or is their a specific technique to get it in because I pushed on it pretty hard and it wouldn’t go back in and I don’t want to break something else pushing any harder. Any help would be appreciated.

Take off the wheel
Unscrew that big metal ball from the arm
Unscrew the red ball retainer from the hub
Insert metal ball thru hub, threaded end first
Screw red ball retainer back on
Screw big metal ball back into arm
Reinstall wheel
Have a drink

It goes in from the other side. Unscrew the ball from the arm, remove the tire, unscrew the retainer out of the hub, remove the plastic spacer, put the pivot ball back through the hub from the front, put the plastic spacer back in, carefully screw the retainer back in, screw pivot ball back into arm and then reattach wheel.

I've never popped one. But I've been told before this works like a charm. The guy at my hobby shop explained the same process when I got my Notorious. Cheers!

Thanks for the thorough step by step instructions, I really appreciate it. Definitely will have a drink once finished.

make sure there is no cracks in the hubs where the ball go's pull it with your fingers sometimes its hard to see. if no cracks you don't need new hubs

I’ve almost taken myself out too,I’ve had to jump over my car to avoid being hit several times
I've hit myself a few times even broke one of my cars once.
