It takes some hit or miss but after you get it it's pretty easy.
Back flip, squeeze the trigger a little bit as the truck is landing to keep the back end from bouncing up.
Forward flip, squeeze the trigger a little bit just before the truck lands to get the wheels spinning at the same speed as the rest of the truck.
