Arrma RC's
  1. Talion
  2. Typhon 6s
I am looking for a recommendation for new wheels/tires for my wife's Typhon. I am looking in between stock Typhon katar size and Talion katars. Something that has some more weight for better in-air control. I have a set of 3.8 badlands that are good but still a little big. I don't want to go truggy with this but it does have +6 hubs on it. The new Proline Badlands MX M2 look like a good option but I don't think they are going to have enough weight for easy backflips. What are my options for a bigger tire on a stock Typhon 6s?

BackFlip Lp's if you can find them. I've been searching for months and months. It appears to be a great in between size tire. You have +6mm hubs, a zero offset wheel may work good on you setup. Be daring and go for 1/8 wheels/tires. Onmy Notorious and Kraton. The hooked up well. I have the duratrax x-cons . Hook up nice for a Truggy tire, if you don't wnt a 1/8 buggy size. Just some ideas. Others may chime in.

The hubs were originally on my Nitro t-maxx, made by integy. The spindle size was smaller on the T-maxx so I drilled them out to fit the arrma spindle. Not something I would recommend with out a proper milling machine.

I ended up with proline 2.8s on the Typhon and Backflip lps on the Talion.
