What gearing would y’all recommend?

Stock , that’s another thing, should I go with bigger motor and esc and maybe battery

Try 11 or 12 tooth and check your temps on motor and esc.

Just a simple pinion gear change is a good try. Best to always do that first. Try to match the overall final drive ratio you originally had with the stocker size tires. It's just some simple math.
Unless you want an excuse to buy another ESC and Motor.
But simply going to taller tires, is not the best excuse to do that.

I put is greatly appreciated and I do pay attention to motor and esc temperature no need to hurt my truck for nothing
