Before I take my my Outcast for its 2nd rip, I have reset the gear mesh and adjusted the slipper clutch using the allen key roll on ground till rear wheels lock method. Lots of video tutorials suggest to add a drop of threadlock on the opposite end of the motor. Thought I'd be celver and wrapped with cling films (LOTS) to make it air tight so it can cure. 24 hours later its still wet. So I took it off and left it for 24 hours still wet. Cleaned all the gunk out wet and put everything back together. Gonna take it out this weekend. I'll be taking my temp gun to check temps and listen for noises etc... but should I poss get red coloured loctite? so it sets or is that nee no air to cure also.

If anyone else has used the method I have to set the slipper, can you advise which thread locker I could try that will deff set?

Thanks all
