Bad battery?

I have a lectron pro 4s 3000 mah battery with 5 packs through that I run in my turbo timber but when I run it I get a 3 min flight and then the motor starts pulsing like the battery is dead and it is when I plug it in because the cells are at 3.6 but I should be getting at least a 5 min flight and also there is stupid high resistance

Had it forever does the job, now that there cheaper might buy another.

It's that IR which is killing the fun, nothing to be done other than getting more capable lipos.
