I had a wreck and made a hole in my battery cover softcase and now one cell is lower than the rest. Is it destroyed?

I wouldn't take any chances with a damaged battery. I think I'd get it out of my house.

I agree. The resistance is 1 in all four cells but cell 4 is charging way slower but it is at 4.1 while the others are at 4.2. I appreciate the feedback

Pictures? I'd likely agree that if one cell is acting up, I'd probably retire the battery to.

I would evaluate it this way.... if the hole has any chance that it goes into an actual battery cell then I would toss it. But if its clearly just a hole on the outside of the soft pack then I would use the battery and put it through a few balance charges to try to even it out.

How could the cell voltage drop like that if it didn't make a hole?
