Battery/Charger question Form Granite 4x4 brushless

Hello,

Can some recommend a decent 3s lipo battery and charger that has ec5? Seems like most batteries/chargers require soldering or using adapters and I would like to avoid this.

Just get a charger with banana outputs and grab a banana to EC5 cable.

I have the Tenergy TB6-B charger, which comes with a dongle that has every connector except EC5. I then ordered these EC5 connectors from Amazon.

Nice thing is the EC5 connector is much smaller than the bundle of connectors on the factory dongle that came with the charger. And it’s long enough to keep the battery inside my charger bag, but not too long to be a burden.

I just need to get a 3S balance cable the same length. The balance board that comes with the charger is a little shorter than I would like.

Edit: I forgot to mention the 3S lipos that I also grabbed on Amazon. These Hobbywing 5200mAH 50C/100C were a good value.

I’ve had no problems with my SMC True Spec. Great price and can pick which connector you want on the battery
