Anyone know what this little bag of little black plastic disc's that came with my Fireteam 6S are for?

Different shock pistons to adjust your shocks if you desire. At least I think that's what your referring to

+1. And some are solid if you ever want to make your own custom ones with different holes.

You're not alone on not knowing what they are. Instead of using them for tuning their shocks, people still buy heavy ass springs or replace the shock oil with something much heavier as bandaid fixes for hard landings.
