Senton Boost box upgrade question

I dropped the boost pack in and it's running great. It came with 2 additional pinions and I'm wondering what using them would do on stock tires? More speed? Or more torque?

15t, 18t, and a 20t.. the more teeth count the more speed and vice versa for torque.. the ring gear/spur gear is the opposite
