Hallo, how important is the c value for Lipo batteries? Can this be too high or too low? If yes, what would be the consequence?

Too high no the motor will only pull as much power as it needs. Too low yes because the motor will pull more power than the battery can provide. Too low of a C rate and you will ruin the battery worst case scenario it puffs and starts on fire.
The minimum c rate for your model is listed in the manual.

The 3s Big Rock manual says minimum 35c

@Hammer Down is right, all the 3s manuals say 35c min recommended.

I think the lowest I have are my 2 Traxxas 2s lipos for my Trx4-M at 20c, 2 3s lipos for my slash at 25c, and one Turnigy 2s lipo at 25-35c for my mini Erevo. Everything else is 50c or above
