Can I change the pinion gear without removing motor?

Hey everyone, can I change the pinion gear without removing the motor? I have 2 stripped screws so I have to wait for the left turn drill bits I ordered to be delivered and we are getting over a foot of snow and I wanted to take out my Kraton 6s in it for the first time. Any advice would be great, I looked online but can't find anything about the Kraton 6s.

It's doable to remove the pinion without removing the motor it's just a lil difficult if you have big fingers!

I was able to get mine off this morning in just loosened the motor mount screws. Then wedged it off with a flat head.

HR motor mount makes it really easy to remove and change motor and pinion without taking out the whole center assembly. A good upgrade.
