Yup. Welcome to the forum! Do some research into LiPo care and use, watch some YT vids. They can be dangerous if discharged too much, overcharged, etc. Ask any questions you have, the only dumb question is the one you don’t ask!
When a 11.1v lipo is fully charged, it's at 12.6v. when car stops, it should be around 10.2v. (3.4v per cell)
Lower volt that 3.2 per cell is bad for battery.
If this 12.6v 3s lipo battery you have is a HV lipo, I'm thinking that will be at 13.05v fully charged. I have no experience with HV lipo, and not sure what volt those cell's should be at when LVC kicks in, but I hope someone else is pitching in with more knowledge about them.
