Mojave Can't remove battery holder?

I've undone all the screws underneath that are anywhere near the battery holder and it just won't come out, feels like it's stuck down?
Is there something I'm missing or could the previous owner have done something like stuck it down?

Receiver box screws too.

Yea I've done those, still seems stuck! I'll give it another try at the weekend, currently dealing with a potential ESC failure
