There are countersunked and counterbored washers. If I understood correctly, you need countersunk washers. What real_name_hidden showed you was counterbored washer.
- Countersunk washers are strictly for flathead screws. Used more for gaining clearance in a given area.
- Counterbored washers are strictly for cap screws. Wonāt work with button head screws as they are slightly larger in diameter than the cap screws and may not rest correctly in the counterbored washer.
