DDF-350 Throttle Control

Good evening everyone,

I just picked up a DumboRC DDF-350 and I haven't been able to find the answer to this. I am trying to find how to set the throttle to 50/75/100 so I can give the remote to my son and he can drive my car at 50%. I have messed with every setting on the remote and can't figure it out. I am newer to the RC scene with experience from 10 years ago so its been awhile.

Any help is appreciated.

I use General Menu 3/7 Front/Back decrease for elementary drivers.
