Is there any way to get more than 15° of timing out of the firma 160a esc?

No, and it wouldn’t be worth the heat increase.

I'm running a strange setup for the moment but I'm using a 2050kv on a 6s kraton it can handle 22° no problem but you've answered my question, was hoping a firmware update might get me more timing options, ohh well no biggie, I might go ahead and put a 1650kv on it sooner than I wanted

Pretty common upgrade for the on-Road speed cars to easily go 100mph.
