LHS guy told me to wash it really good and he said, he never uses scotch pad so I didn’t and he had some sick paint jobs on the lids he was selling, so I didn’t.
he said you could most guys do some don’t is up to you really.
But In my opinion I think next time I’m going to scotch it up sue so black paint coming off the 10 which I had to touch up .
