Is the Spektrum S665 as good as the ZOSKAY 35kg high Torque Coreless Motor servo? Is it as good as typical Amazon 25kg servo? Thanks.

I don't like Spektrum servos. A 25kg isn't going to cut it at all. Spend the cash for a good one and spend less in the long run. Perfect Pass servos are the dookie...

If you can swing it a Promodeler servo is worth it.

I have tried a few different amazon budget options, my best luck has been with the 9imod brushless or Flash Hobby brushless ones if you don't wanna cough up the cash for a proper servo. Just make sure to get brushless; coreless and cored servos will have a short lifespan getting tossed about in a Kraton. 35kg will do if you wanna lean towards speed, or 45 if you want extra torque. Highly recommend getting a glitch buster too if you still have stock ESC.

I want to second this! that amazon servo is coreless and my first upgrade from that was the brushless hobbystar and I think that played a big part in me being amazed :ROFLMAO:

Are these the ones you're recommending? How about the sinecam? Thanks

I haven't tried the sincecam but the 9imod is made by Flash Hobby who does OEM and has their own servos so essentially those two are the same. I've had very good results with them, but they can have a little bit of trouble getting perfectly back to center. This isn't the end of the world and can be a bit expected in the 40-50 dollar 35kg brushless servo price range honestly. But they are strong and fast servos for the price. For my 6s cars I prefer Savox or AGF but almost all my 3s cars have 9imods in them.
