I don't have a 4x4, but I know stock weight is 10K in those diffs. Like the 6s rigs.
Hopefully others will chime in with what they upgraded to weight wise.
My 6s rigs run thicker weights now but are very different rigs by comparison.

I run 10K rear and 20K front in my 3S vehicles

I am running factory 10k both front and back....

With 20k in the front....what is the experience you have what changes you see?

I'm running 50k front 30 rear. No negative side effects, yet lol It's what I had on hand

I've stuck with stock 10k front and back. I'm assuming heavier in the front will send more power to the rear. But I'm not sure the Granite needs this. The back end already slides out. I'd also be interested in hearing the benefits.
