Has anyone 3d printed Rc plane props?

My Dad is still a noob plane pilot and was wondering if anyone has 3d printed some props? Would TPU work? Is it too dangerous?

No, but I'd say it's not worth it. Terrible efficiency, PLA, Petg are probably broken after one crash. And even the hardest TPU would be too soft.

Just buy a lot of extra props he’ll grow out of breaking them

Yes, and it works, depending on plane size, length of prop and weight would determine the material.. just print them horizontally.. TPU would definitely be to soft..
