Joking apart, last body i painted i put a few coats of glitter (core rc clear sparkle) on first.body is battered but the paint job is still solid! Pictures don't do it justice - it shimmers.

I agree with this and you may be able to run lights inside the body where the paint will pass through some of the light. It will make it look like its glowing almost. Neon Yellow/green (chartreuse) is the ideal color for this and happens to be the most visible color to the human eye.

Agree, any neon color is good, if you can run ground effect lighting it should help too.
