Infraction question for reddit

I got a guy on my reddit saying his infaction came with 12 hexes he pretty stuck on it. I have a vendetta so I already know better and I cross referenced arrma web page. But out of curiosity has anyone ever heard of any of the infractions coming with 12mm

Yup he got what I call the baby infraction.

Either 3s or brushed but they all have 14 the 6s of coarse has 17

The 3s come with 14mm hexes. I have one. He might have bought it used & it was swapped out to 12's.
