I follow this guy a lot and apparently the boost cars bodies are not made in lexan??

Very possible. To keep the price point low. PVC is very cheap. Lexan/Polycarbonate is not. I can see and tell the difference. I have some cheap Fleabay PVC bodies here.
PVC is garbage. Just a cheap recycled byproduct. Doesn't last worth a dam. Shatters if you just sneeze at it while sitting on the bench.
I don't understand the Video's language. Looks to be a good video however.
