Is this a Redcat?

Modster just sells rebranded stuff. Nothing to write home about IMO.

It seems good if you don't jump to hard and if you get satisfied performance with the stock motor and a pinion change.

However if you own a XRT, the point with this one is only on a smaller run place/yard?
XRT is probably the better truck in the rest of all ways.
Well its (half) the price but also smaller.

Since I drive throttle heavy especially during snow/winter this is a no go for me since motor cant be changed to something bigger.
I want to be able to have a bigger motor for better temp control than the stock one here.

EDIT: Maybe this (bigger) motor erevo 2.0 fits https://traxxas.com/products/parts/motor/3376waterproof2200motor or Sledge motor https://www.monsterhopups.de/Traxxa...7mm-Brushless-with-65mm-Gold-Connector-Cooler

New hobbywing sensored motor may fit https://www.rynos.se/sv/artiklar/hobbywing-motor-ezrun-4278sd-g2-2250kv-sensor.html

Good information here translated

The Machete doesn't seem like a good choice for big air, but it does look like it's pretty decent handling. Biggest drawback is a total lack of aftermarket support I feel. Although I haved enjoyed the Kaiju for 3 years without any aftermarket support. Just have to come up with our own solutions..
