Hi guys, my first post.

I have a granite converted 4s, I need to rebuild the gear box due to outdrives smashing, is this grease fine for the outer diff? If so, what else should I be greasing? I have a tub in my garage so just wondering if I can save buying more. I would buy some red n tacky but hard to source in the UK it seems

NO. (n) (n) I wouldn't at least.
Don't use that stuff. That above is an Anti-Seize type grease. WIth Aluminum. I don't know much more. Will it hurt? IDK. Looks to be an expensive grease no doubt. For certain specific commercial applications. Not Automotive use.
You can try it if you want.
Only way to tell.
Tacky properties are good. But is not an NLGI Automotive High Pressure grease. Has Aluminum in it. Much like an Anti Seize lube does. No advantage to that IMHO. May be more of a disadvantage if anything.? The Only metals in a grease I would use is one with Molybdenum. Some NLGI greases have it.
You need to get to any Auto store or Wally World and buy any Automotive NLGI Rated #1 or #2 grease. Synthetic types are best. But any NLGI grade is fine.(y) They are cheap. What I recommend.
Its your call there.

I use whatever has been in my grease gun for the last 10 years. Most gets flung off anyway. No sign of deteriorating plastic yet other than my cracked in half chassis.

If what you use is in a Grease Gun.
99% it is an Automotive grease anyway. (y)

I just run my fingers through my hair and wipe it on the gears. I don’t wash my hair, so I save money on shampoo and save money on grease. Win-win, more money for RC.

I use Red and Tacky (only because I have seen enough people comment on here that is does not seem to effect plastics). We have seen users use Lithium grease and have it essentially melt the plastic over time.

If you want to take the guess work out of it, these are great.

The Silicone seems better and hangs on to the gears longer than the Synthetic. I really like the Synthetic for bearings, the Silicone is too sticky for that.

Red and tacky shows up at my Florida Walmart in the summer months.
