Kraton 8S shock oil

So any recommendations for K8S shock oil just the usual bashing and jumping nothing to serious that would bend the shocks?

Would you recommend going higher or lower if I plan to just run on big grassy hills and occasional sand pit?

I run 30 in the front and 35 in the rear on both my Arrma 8s rigs. Lowering the shock oil weight is supposed to help with bending shafts.

I’m probably not the best person to ask about that but that’s how I run my Outcast 8s with minimal jumping.
