Believe it or not, it's an octagon box light fixture mount with two plates pressing against bumper frame. That's even the fixture mount nut compressing tire into bumper. Use a washer inside the hub to prevent tire from being ripped off.
I call it my "anti-wheelie wheelie bar" lol. It bounces front back down. Use old tires as they get scrapped.View attachment 137089View attachment 137090View attachment 137091
