Mojave Max 6 Esc mounting

Hi.

What is the best way to mount the MAX 6 ESC to the standard plastic mounting plate?

Detailed description with with or without pics greatly appreciated.

Use double sided foam tape. Or drill through the plate to the holes on the esc bottom.

1. Drill holes in the plastic plate for the screw locations on the MAX6

2. Print a plate and screw it onto the factory mount:

Would I need to cut the plastic tab, it doesn't fit very straight otherwise as it catches on a plastic bit on the side guard?

Yes, trim away.

Would it be OK to cable tie around the caps?

The Basherqueen mount allows for a perfect fit without having to cut anything. And it has an answer to “where do I put the switch “

the mount has a tap to install the switch.

Thanks for the advice all.

Unfortunately aftermarket is out of the question at the moment.

I have cut the plastic tab off and will attach tomorrow with the stick foam.

I will also attach 2 cable ties on either side of the ESC, 1 going over the caps and the other going over the connector side.
