MMX8S Combo Amazon Canada

So this popped up on Amazon when I was tracking another order. I don’t think I NEED it for any my rigs, but it appears like a good deal and well, I COULD swap it in for something.

Currently my Big Rock 6S and Kraton 6S have Max6 G2 combos in them. The Kraton runs on LP backflips, while the BR is the heavy beast with more aluminum upgrades than the Kraton. There is also a Noto 6S with stock ESC and motor.

Never played with anything from Castle before. Thoughts?

If you want to pay more for less, that’s a great deal

The 1520 is a 4092 sized motor, won’t hold a candle to the 4990 in the m6g2

Yeah the 1520 is a great motor in the right rig, but I’d stick to a wider can for the cars you own.

You would be better off with the 1717 1650kv motor. I have the MMX 8s and 1717 1650kv with 20T pinion in my Kraton 6s: it's a beast, and it runs really cool.

Also almost 5-year-old technology, materials and testing have come a long way for efficiency and heat dissipation along with bluetooth tech.
