Is this a public park? I've been thinking about asking my local parks dept to do something like this... just dump a couple loads of crappy clay backfill and let the RC guys move it around. We have an area down by the river thats in a flood plane that would be perfect.

Yeah, it's a BMX pump track. Though, we are lucky enough to have two parks with dedicated RC tracks in the Twin Cities and that's how they got built, people asked. Worth pursuing!
