First one is for 1/10 sized motors and prob wont do squat on a 1/8. never used the second one.

This one is great though and will probably come highly recommended by more than just me on these forums. Also an advantage is if one of the fans do break during a hard run, you can easily and cheaply replace it. That Powerhobby looks like you'll be replacing the entire thing.

Thanks man that's what I'll order, what about those red plug they must be jst or something they will not fit into the receiver so I will need a Y cable . they must be available somewhere i just need to know how call them ?

They are just a BEC plug that will plug into the left side of a standard 3 plug port. Personally, I'd either cut the two and solder them together, or at least get a Y adapter.

These would work nice:

Very compact. I doubt you would have problems putting a splitter on the esc fan port for the esc fan, then run a second splitter off the open port to the dual plugs of the fans.

I bought 4 or 5 just like that for 3 times the price from another site... haven't used them yet. I used the normal Y splitters and don't feel like undoing everything, but if I have to tear it apart, I'll use these instead. Being softer, a ziptie will hold them into a bunch better. With the hard plastic ones, they like to pop out of a ziptie.
