Bonjour,

During Christmas hoildays, I’ve been playing with kids in gravels, high herb, fallen leaves and it cost me one diff’

Then, back home, bashing hard ( or bad drinving skills  ) in skate park in parc next to my house, i broke the chassis, under where rear shocks are screwed !

I’ve landed several time on the back on back flip tries , 2 or 3 meter high on hard tar or similar of the skatepark, but i think it’s also the body hitting hard – stockshocks are not so strong – on correct landings that helped alot !

Then i deserved a glass of wine !

I’ve glued it with stabilit express, was ok for 2 runs but broke again on 3rd…

Bought another body, and was wondering if gluing /screwing a little metal piece shaped like that would reinforce the part . Any thougths ?

Think of it as a fuse. It might save you from breaking something more expensive and harder to change.

With that said, someone will sell an aluminum one soon.

They’re on backorder now. But here they are. We light the fuse around here.

Metal diffs are ordered and should arrive this monday (i'm in Europe) :p

i've been bashing to the park with kids this morning, but chassis didn't handle well the 3rd high backflip and broke again (where it was glued).
Am I the only one braking that part ? doing too hard or not well?
Even with 800cst oil in rear shocks, body is hitiing hard when landing ( schlak !)

edit :
found the thread dedicated to to breakages, it reassured me:ROFLMAO:
Any advice on good landing skill/setup still welcome !
