Hi guys, just about to order a max6 1650Kv motor combo for my 6s notorious v5
Could anyone tell me what size pinion would be the best for this motor with the stock centre diff?

Max 6 doesn't have a timing setting

I run a 20T pinion on my Kraton 6s with a Castle MMX 8s with 1717 1650kv motor. I started with an 18T pinion, but the 20T gave me better performance without a significant increase in motor temps. I do run the Arrma aluminum and steel center diff case to better dissipate heat, but the spur is stock.

I use 19, 20 and 21 with my Outcast. Normally I use a 19, it has enough wheel speed for triple backflips at the skatepark and enough top end for most of the more open places I run it.

I found 21 to be the sweet spot in my Talion when I put the combo in that for a bit
