Notorious rear wheels facing in

Ok, so I’m noticing the my rear wheels are facing inwards a bit. Is that how they come in the box or did I break something? Don’t see anything that’s broke, but I could be missing something. Please let me know?

The rear tires should be toed in 3* the fronts should be slightly toed out 1-2*.
