Kraton Rear diff

Hi guys I am new to this hobby, and bought a kraton 6s blx, on my 2nd run I broke all the gears in the rear diff, and when I opened the front diff, it was completely dry, which means it must have come from the factory like that. I have sent an email to Arrma, but they are not willing to take responsibility.

So what was in the rear diff?

In my experience arrma are usually easier on the customer than that

Are we talking diff gear and pinion or the actual insides?
