Hello everyone,

I have purchased a stretched Typhon yesterday and the servo mount seems to be at the wrong place. Or is the servo arm to short? I did comparisons with my older Typhon and that servo seems to be a lot closer to the front. Is there a different chassis used? Either way, i'm confused and it won't steer properly now. Any suggestions?

The gold chassis is the new one, black chassis is the one i have had already.

Edit; the servo is placed backwards, just for trying. It didnt work ;-)

This is my TLRT Typhon. Set it up this way.
It should be the same as in your chassis.
Good luck.

BTW, where is your Rx Antenna and its tube?? I don't see it. :)

Servo arm should be aprox 20mm from the spline shaft to the servo link's hole. How Arrma 6s rigs are setup. Hope this helps.

I too, also questioned what chassis he was using for the stretch.(y)
Talion chassis has the servo oriented much like the Mojo And FT.
Not sure how the OP mounted the servo laterally if its a Tally chassis.

I really don't know which chassis it is. The mounting holes of the servo seems to be not home made.
This looks like a fix for my problem, Thanx!

Antenna is folded in the reciever box, I'm not running it yet ;-)

Show us a full chassis length picture of the the top and bottom.
For future reference, you need to know exactly which stretch chassis you have there.

I have bought it like this yesterday for a little amount of money ;-) I knew the're where some things not right. The radio is poop, some screws are toast and this with the steering. The guy i bought it from said that it drives perfect but that cant be true.

Talion an Kraton chassis are same length, different servo mount locations thou..1 horizontal an 1 has vertical mount.cant remember which is which thou..
Edit......you have the kraton an it's I right
Watch out for servo wiring/centershafts contact
From the bottom of chassis towards back are shaped different between talion an kraton.cross reference shape with jennyrc pics
I got this.lol
