spur and pinion recommendations

I'm wanting a combo preferably steel spur that will be FAST but still be able bash without having to worry about any over heating issues. Battery wise 3 - 4s maybe 6s on a Firma 150amp and Firma 4074 2050kv motor.

There won’t be a gearing option that works well for both 3S and 6S. Also you forgot to mention what platform and what tire size and what surfaces you are running on as those factors have a big impact on any potential overheating.
