this is build 2 of 4 in my “light bash” builds I’m doing...

Huge shoutout to the @Basherqueen on this one guys. She makes beautiful parts that fit well and hold up to abuse! Don’t believe me ask @Rich Duperbash ... here is a video of him putting the parts to the test on his 10th anniversary outcast. ????

That's similar to the build I'd eventually want to do, but mine would be smaller everything: SWB chassis, Mojave arms, low profile truggy wheels, carbon towers and other bits. That way, I'd have an overweight Kraton monster and lightweight truggyfied Typhon.

Do you have an idea of the weight you saved with the carbon stuff compared to an EXB or M2C build?

Yes, I have the same reservations on the talion. I love my kraton wing mount on the typhon but I think the talion needs the lower one.

Note that even with the Kraton wing mount, you can mount the wing lower. you have another set of holes for mounting the small wing holder.

Love the lightweight talion. I built mine with carbon towers and braces which I made. Tmk mine are the only carbon chassis braces I’ve seen. @Basherqueen stuff looks top notch, glad she is making carbon options, like the tower, steering plate and Ackerman sets for the 6s arrmas she has on eBay.

@Rcproponent ... I forgot to ask, why didn't you use the EXB Talion chassis braces ??

I have gone back to the drawing board with my vision for a Talion EXB because I just can't get some of Talion EXB parts atm.!!
It would just end up being M2C'd and that wasn't the plan.

The reason I went with the m2c on the chassis braces is I felt that they needed a bit more beef, especially with the exb chassis not being a little thicker.. felt like it could use the extra support so it wouldn’t bend. .... also... I was trying to kill the red... haha

I have a Pps motor mount waiting to go on here too.
