Kraton Tall side guards and netting

So, I just mounted some tall sideguards and some netting on my K6SV5.
Hoping this will fix my little issue with small stones and grass getting in to the electronics and stuff.
Left an opening in the front so air can flow and cool down things.
Looking forward to find out if it will work or not.

If you have the whole front wide open, stones and rocks will be trapped by the rear part. Do the whole thing if yer gunna do it.

You can buy nets that are made for the kraton, not sure if you already considered that or not. They help for sure but it does of course add some extra heat

I’ve heard guys will use the leg of a pair of pantyhose too. Just stretch it around and go.

As above, leaving the front open is the worst you can do.

Side cards don't really help much imho, tried high/low and the dirt is the same.

Well, I’ve tested my netting during the weekend and it seems to be doing the job I wanted it to do.
I see that there is some collection of dirt and grass just down by the motor, but I believe that is because I didnt close the netting enough in the back.
At least I didnt get rocks, grass and dirt in my ESC and the compartment around it, so I am happy as a sailor

Surprised at the outcome, I always get dirt stuck in front of the net. Glad it's working for you!
