Typhon Thyphon 3s hub extenders

Are there any hub extenders that can fit a 17mm wheel? Or any hub extenders at all? I have a typhon 6s and my girlfriend the 3s. The axles are completely different. So I was kind hoping to be able to swap tires with her.

What wheels don’t fit the 3S? Or do you just want it wider for another reason?
