Fireteam Twin fan battery lead.

I have two 40mm rocket fans I want to run off my 4s battery balance plug,, what type of wire lead so i need.
Fire team 6s, right now it runs off the ESC.
But was told it will spin faster if hooked directly up to the battery or a separate 2 or 3s???

Wouldn't that be less voltage than the BEC because it's only running off 1 cell? You would also bypass the LVC, incase you forget to turn it off.

2s lipo is what I was told. But I new to RC
