Not happy with the service engineer on this one…. Should’ve made it a slide fit with set screw to hold so you could slip the assembly underneath the brace and out at an angle.

Did you fire your service engineer? It looks like he is missing a screw.

No worries..
The aggressive Forward momentum keeps the bearings on the stubby mount.
So don't just bash ,but Blast!ing
and you should be all good.

Just as the engineer intended. 👊🤪
 
The only way you can get that sub-assembly out is by sliding up, which requires the dogbone and brace to be removed. Garbage design when you could T-slot that into the battery tray and retain from underneath with another screw.

I misread your post.
You're trying to completely remove the support-bearing assembly..
