Vorteks Vorteks without wheelie bar?

Hello,
I really like the look of the Vorteks, but I hate the look of wheelie bars.
Is it possible to drive the Vorteks 3s without the wheelie bar?
Or is the wheelie bar and their screws necessary to connect other parts of the rear of the car?

Dremel. You don't need it but, keeps it from flipping over and damaging stuff.

Took the training wheels off my big rock a little while back also....

There are 4 screws that hold it on.. you can unbolt it no issues.. give it a try.


In my case I needed to drop punch a little in order to keep it from flipping so easily. Coming from nitro I've got a bad habit of all or nothing throttle which doesn't play well with a high punch wheelie prone truck.
