Wheel hub issue

Brand new arrma senten 3s blx, I have had 2 rear tire blow outs and had the front wheel hub unscrew from the actual drive shaft, twice. Wondering if anyone has had this issue and know a permanent fix for the hub falling out. The castle part of the hub has a threaded inside and that screw has come out causing the wheel to fall off

Very common issue and thread locking as mentioned above should be a pre run maintenance issue. The tire blowouts on the senton are also very common. Mostly from the sharp edges of the bottom portions of the wheel well slicing them. Some slight trimming rectifies the problem most times.
