Why am I poor?

The US is the highest Taxed economy in the world. But its all relative. The grass is always greener on the other side of the street.:)

I have many close friends who struggled to put their children through college, obtaining masters degrees Phd's etc. Most were children with educational aptitude and succeeded graduating "on time". Education is stupid expensive here. And I can tell you that most of these children at ages 25-30 yo are still living at home and still trying to get a decent job. They are in debt from education. The common reason not finding work is that they are "over qualified". Imagine that. Some work in retail jobs like Walmart or McDonalds to make ends meet. Some refuse to do that having masters degrees etc. Can you blame them? The US economy has recently turned around in the past two years. But it will take a while for the younger generation to assimilate from a poor ,highly taxed debt created economy. You can spend .5 Million dollars on decent education here in the States. In the end it is who you know, not what you know. Sad but true.
A functioning government is more important than ideology.

Am confused, you have six Talions and are complaining, I have only two ARRMAs, a Talion V2 and a Outcast V3 I think, the last Tactic w such radio.

Free advise here buddy, I OWN things, things don't own me. I have never paid interest for a credit card, or a late fee, all my CCs have less than $500 if at most.

Everything in life is about balance, even drinking too much water can kill you. If you are posting this thread and bring such concerns, its a red flag of something you need to address.

That you are complaining its 700 here and 750 there, hey buddy, I live on a state where I pay for online tax, so while others pay the listed price, I have to put tax on top of that. Property tax is much higher than many other states, thats just how it is.

Hey, like a car sales person said to me once -

"How do you think we can afford all those nice jets flying protecting our skies, and the big ships watching over in the high seas and keeping our coasts safe?"

Many of us tend to forget and see the big picture, and need to get ourselves out of the bubble.

good luck

HAHHAHAHAHA this is best ever

you are a real smart good Man.
I understund exactly this also.

I self have young Relatives today Actually that got Best Education .
Couple of them work random today.
I feel also sorry for them.
School many many extra years, alot hard time. Then only have random job after.
This must SUCK ALOT.

Trump is Good guy.
US had alot problems before i know actually.
Trump made US great again.

I fought with getting an education for years. I always said it was not for me. I knew many people who did well without an degree. Around 2014 housing costs went up and now they are more than 2.5x the price back then, plus over inflated property taxes.
Prior to 2014 household incomes with 50k could survive, now that number is closer to 90k. (this is assuming no car payments, debt, etc)

At age 28 I went back to school while working full time (with wife and a 1 year old son). Getting a degree in those conditions was the hardest thing I had ever done, and I now have student loans to pay on... (I don't agree with parents paying for kids college)
With the BS in Engineering I was able to double my income! It was not instant, but did happen around 1-2 years after graduating. I highly recommend going to school, but don't pick a worthless degree. Engineering, business, Information Technology, are always good choices.

I try to keep my RC collection around 2-3 cars at most because I simply wont use more than that. No point of having $400-800 just sitting on the shelf collecting dust.
I also keep my self from getting into Boats and FPV drones because I can't afford another expensive hobby!

You are smart enough to understand US politics from very far away.(y) I prefer to judge the results, not the person. And I wouldn't want to be in the Presidents shoes. He was born and raised 6 miles away from where I was raised. He has the same NY ease personality similar to myself. Ironically not well liked here in NYC. Its all good. I grew up here and understand it.

Now i start understund things
You only pay half price there
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Foster-Farms-Boneless-Skinless-Chicken-Breast-1-6-2-4-lbs/160330922

I have family,
I need pay daily 15us for this,
you only need pay 8us

How much for Gasoline you Pay in US?
NYC gas prices are around $2.95 -3.05 gallon. Gas prices have stabilized in the past 2 years. US is fuel independent now. Before that around the Holidays the price of gas would be increased. I call that price gauging. No more do I see that.
One of the reasons I stopped running my Nitro RC rigs is because Nitro fuel became $70.00 /gallon! I was running 30% Byrons Originals Fuel.

hELLO... why im POOR?
Gimme money now, i need buy more cars

And i had right that time so much work, i have start my third company that time.
I work like 15h day that time, right there when i start my third company,
i was millionaire then

I'm confused, which is it? Are you poor or a millionaire? One thread says one thing, another says the opposite.

o_O

Right now gas where I am (Ohio) is around $2.69 per gallon. Raw chicken from the store is around $2/lbs sold by weight, not by piece.

It is enlightening to hear what you are saying because a large part of our current political conversation is people wanting to move toward a more socialist society. Lots of those use Denmark/Scandinavia as a shining beacon of all that is good with socialism.

I would use Walmart prices as a shining example of US pricing. They sell bottom of the barrel mega farm crap. Think the cheapest, skirt the law, risk people’s lives level.

Take what you can buy at a Costco as a baseline for what you should pay. Above and beyond that is top of the line. If you can find a small local farm, all the better. Cut out the middle man and know what you’re buying.

Interesting to also note that the Nordic's Socialist model has had limited achievements that still don't rival our current system here. Including education, medicine, free trade, taxes and debt. A functioning government is more important than ideology. And no one talks about what is bad with socialism. Perhaps because it doesn't serve the narrative? I don't believe half of what I see and all of what I hear. I vet information through independent sources and thought.
But I digress.

Did someone say "local farm"?
Yep, self sufficient. Grow a garden. Raise red angus cows and grow your own where I'm at. Cost of living plunges if you're up for 6 day-80hr work weeks, and a tone of hard labor....so there's the tradeoff.

I have about 5 local ranches that I can source from. All are grass finished open pastured farms with no chemicals or pharmaceuticals. They all raise cows and chickens, but some do pork, sheep, and other livestock.
