Senton Why aren't short-course trucks and buggies the basher platforms of choice?

As far as bashers goes , SCT's look cool ( Mojave / UDR ) , but certainly not the best for jumping . I haven't used any of my bashers for a long time now , hence why I listed them for sale . I have turned back toward the racing side of RC at my LHS which is carpet / turf / and 1/8 scale dirt . For the carpet / turf although I have a Stadium truck , those who know me here know SC is my favorite .
For me , it is for numerous reasons , they at least resemble something real , you can rub together without locking up wheels , and one of my biggest love of the SCT is the challenge to get them to be fast and handle it !!! There is nothing like running with Buggies and Stadium trucks and giving them a run for their money , NTM , when do run down / catch buggies and are faster , they usually are like WTF ??? LOL
