Outcast Why no 1/8 outcast

So I've noticed that on the arrma site they still have the outcast along side the kraton and noto. But they only have it in 1/10 scale. Unlike the 1/10 1/8 and 1/5 scales the other has. Was the noto only ever 1/10 or are they just slowly phasing out the outcast before they make a new gen or get rid of it for good
