Will run the same. Brushed motors wear out over time. The motors are cheap and are more or less a comsumable item. You could problably find a budget brushless system for about $50-60. For a direct fit you will need a motor with a 3mm shaft. If you go to the 5mm motor shaft you will need the BLX version motor mount. It's been a while since I ran any brushed rc's so I would not know what system to recommend.
