She probably just means your really down to earth. :ROFLMAO:

It's sitting in your house already...being grounded now means nothing.

:LOL::LOL:

Well, here is is in all her glory! I hate to repeat what everyone else says but you REALLY really have no idea what having this thing sitting next to you is like until its there. Photos and videos make it look big, sure, but when its in your house.....

Getting started on the Servo.

I originally ordered a Savox servo not realizing that I had to have a larger one. The Savox had so much torque I thought it would be fine... but if there is no way to mount it then you're not going to do much steering. The Primal RC servo is out of stock everywhere.

I was able to find these two in stock. After searching the forums they both seem popular: Power HD WH-65KG, HobbyStar HS-6912HV. I ordered both since they are inexpensive and it's always good to have a backup. I am installing the HobbyStar for now in the 1/5th scale housing.

🤤

M2C chassis assembled. Motor mount bolted down.

Not much I can do until my next shipment arrives. I have Vitavon Parts coming from China. I need the center trans before I continue. I could take apart the rest of the Kraton, though.

The center diff should have 20mil fluid in it so that one is staying together.

I tore the front and rear down and soaked them in solvent. Arrma says the front and rear are filled with 100k. Haven’t decided what weight I’m going with but at least it’s all ready for the Vitavon Diff cups I have coming.

Chassis assembled
Servo/Receiver Box screwed down
Receiver taped and installed
Servo saver partially assembled - left loose for when electronics are hooked up

Completely removed everything from the EXB chassis.

All the dog toys.

Nice! My dog has his own toy collection as well. He will go to his toy box, carefully choose what he wants but never puts them back up. Just like my stepdaughter. Been trying to teach them both with the same result…I always end up picking up the toys.

Oh, nice build also! 🙃

:D we tried teaching our pup to clean-up his toys, too.

"Ok cleanup time!"

He just thinks its play time. As we're coercing him towards the toy bin and placing them in there he's just grabbing new ones. Honestly not sure it makes sense to have a toy bin at all as they only really ever stay in there for a short period of time.

I wonder who could teach 'theirs' to cleanup first. Me teaching my chocolate lab or my girlfriend and her 12 y/o son

Probably your lab…
I had my 8 year old step daughter trying to teach Bosco the Catahoula to clean up. I told her to have him watch her while she’s cleaning up her stuff and maybe it’ll help him learn 😂 she caught on to that one quick though.

I am almost finished building a 1/8 Kraton EXB. I wasn’t planning on running it until all of the salt is cleared off the road. I had so much fun building it though!

After all, why shouldn’t I build another kraton?

Agree it is a very fun phase...I enjoy it as well.

Next when you do run it...comes the tweaking to dial it to "exactly" how you like the bash which is an entirely new project in itself :)

I’m looking forward to it! 😀

I soldered on my QS8s today and fired up the XLX2. Troubleshooting some things with it… but still moving along.

This is my third time soldering. Second ESC.
